Now you guys probably know about the eBay scams already and how they go by email but this is different legitimate sellers are scamming buyers into buying there stuff and guess what... I just got scammed myself.
Article that came out today
http://www.breitbart.com/news/na/cp_b011827A.xml.html
Here is the story - I bought a Joseph Addai (Colts Football) Jersey from eBay from a user with a 13 rating and he had about 5 pages of Football Jersey's for sale and ONLY WANTED Money Order or Cashiers check... so I won the auction and mailed out the MO the next day, guess what... he is No Longer A Registered User when I got back from the Post Office... I thought oh great, so I contacted a few people and they said they havent heard from him, this and that. His address was a PO Box, horrible horrible horrible so I am out $38.75 and I have to file a report with Post Office just a pain in the butt.
So be careful anyone who uses eBay lately!

yea, and i get shamed at for using P.O. box on ebay, some sellers dont trust P.O. Box users, Buyers are usually careless to that fact.
I use a P.O. Box because i live in a bad neighborhood (immature kids mostly)
Ive had mail stolen out of my box right in front of my face before.
you can either goto their house (if you know them) or try to chase them, which since most kids round here are more active than me that means i have to find some transportation first, so their outta sight by then. (i live in the country lots of woods)
most of the time im not home when packages deliver times happen.
My yard is fenced in with a 6ft tall fence with remote controlled gate, and german shepard, so fedex, ups, etc will not go in my yard.

I've been cleaning things like this up for people in the past, mostly hijacked accounts on ebay with listings, It's never fun.
Sucks what happened and I understand what matt is going through, the idiot who developed the neighborhood I live in named all the roads the same, changed the ending so you have like sunset road, sunset lane, sunset drive, sunset terrace, sunset way, sunset loop, literally I swear they went through every possible road name ending to do the neighborhood. To top it off they duplicated house numbers on different streets, so there have been times I have had to go tracing down mail and packages because they got delivered to road or way instead of terrace.

| Oh its not a hijacked account on eBay because I am thinking this is a real person in Tennessee who is just scamming people out of money, probably a kid because he bought stupid kid stuff prior to selling about $5,000 worth of merch.

| eBay will never be a reputable and respectable place if their policy does not change and their security isnt improved. Their lack of security is insane!
