NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- One of the worst kept secrets in the business world finally became official Wednesday: AOL is now going to offer many of its services for free to broadband customers.

There will be no more BYOB plan. It will be free now.

| Paying for access to the AOL network on top of a brodband connection was always a little stupid to me, It's not like their providing the connection. Glad to see it is free, unfortunatly I can see more people at college setting this up, and AOL is far from being the most secure service out there, so I also forsee some problems with our network!

America On Lsd.
lol, you have to do drugs to use AOL, they are the biggest legal con artist ever.
finially they show signs of improvement!
now if they get some better internet paid services, faster, no resource hogging, less expensive, looks like a good stock option, but not yet, watch them...
