Now, Sprynet's been the only dial-up service I've ever had, but as of late, I've been experiencing near CONSTANT disconnections, 28k rates(never above, unless it's nighttime), frail stability, long hangtimes, and frequent incompatibilities with my patience. Find a better IP. In fact, pay the extra $10 a month and get Cable if you have the alternative.

When I used to have dial-up, I started having the same problems with two ISP's until I had my phone line checked and it had a lot of noise and was not working properly. So to make a long story short, the phone guy checked the line on both ends (my house and the telephone pole) and it started working at 52k+ and rarely ever disconnected.
