Ok will it make a differnce getting a 600watt PSU or a 550watt PSU? i would get a 660watt but its a lot of cash for somthing i dont need cuz im not gonna have a server. So would it make a huge difernce getting the 550watt Enermax PSU over a 600watt enermax PSU?

Either way you should be fine. I would say the extra 50w isn't going to make a huge difference, unless you have like 6 CD drives and 12 fans and all kinds of extra junk.

Just had OCZ Powerstream in my test, 520W http://www.ocztechnology.com/products/accessories/OCZ_PowerStream_Power_Supply%0D%0A. Keeps line voltages with load 20-80mV from the set point. About same noice level as my old Antec 480W.
