I had dynamic-like overclocking tool for a vid card once too...too bad the thing burned the card up after about 3 days. Not to scare you or anything, but as a word to the wise make sure you check them temps and personally I don't recommend anything running over 130* F. It's not in a danger zone there but it's does shorten the product's life.
My amd 2500+ is running a frost 115* at worst in a gaming environment while it's overclocked to 2200 mhz.

Well turbo settings really aren't usually cranking much of anything except for aggressive timings on the front side bus...usually boosting it a whopping 1-2 mhz.
Expert settings and tweaking the system bus in general is where the speeds and temps start their roller coaster ride. Don't get me wrong that the multiplier does play a big role, but the frontside cranking heats up 3 things: RAM (since the ram speed stays in sync with the bus, however you can lower the multiplier on the ram to keep that in check if need be usually), Northerbridge/Southbridge of the Chipset, and the CPU itself.
Right now my system's biggest limitation I think is my north & southbridge don't like the idea of clearing 100 F with high speeds and that's why it won't let me crank to past 408 MHZ frontside.
My CPU otherwise at stock settings maxes out at 2 degrees above room temp on an aggressive timing in the gaming environment.

| It's locked. Do you have any FSB options to overclock?

| Also do keep in mind that 2 mhz to system clock = 4 mhz to Frontside
